I was a little sad whencambiasso missed the final penalty. I was supporting argentina and was hoping for an argentina brazil final, but its not to be.It may just be a repeat of the 2002 finals though. Both teams played well and there was not too much difference in them except the goalkeepers. Franco couldn’t even guess which way the german’s were going to shoot forget saving the penalty while lehmann guessed all the penalties correctly(saving two of them). The refree though looked like he had some german lineage. I couldn’t get why he gave any of those argentine yellow’s and fouls but thankfully unlike others, earlier in the tournament, he didn’t dish out unnecessary reds.

Italy finally played well yesterday, with toni scoring two. Initially both teams played crappy but once zambrotta scored that awesome goal ukraine were forced to attack. Anyway i don’t see italy defeating Germany unless something goes terribly wrong.
